Since I was a child, I was fascinated by God, light, love, spirituality, and spiritual ceremonies in general. I always felt the presence of beyond humanity- I was always protected and loved. My spiritual journey really started when I moved to London, UK, and this was a strong calling in my heart. My path to God, Reiki, connected to my heart and my purpose were unfolding when I decided to take a big step towards self realisation. Hare Krsna ( ISKCON- International Society of Krishna Consciousness), Tibetan Buddhism, Healing, Energy, and more.

It’s time to wake up to this truth. You are unique and special. More you become authors self, some people love you or hate you. And that’s OK. You know your worth. How tiring trying to please others ? When we don’t take care of and love yourself, we forget how powerful we are. So I took care of myself and I am more than fully charged and it’s spilling over! That’s we want to be. When we ask honest question to ourselves, all the answers are within us.

I had another big breakthrough. In terms of relationships and friendships, when I was wounded so much, my heart was broken, and my heart was closed. I protected at all cost not to expose myself to the same patterns. Since then I learnt to love myself, prioritise, set boundaries in place, so that I can find my worth and I love myself so much. Now my heart is healed so much, I trust myself and I am ready to take risks by opening my heart to others. Recognising that there is nothing toxicity if you healed your heart and set your boundaries to nurture your soft loving heart.

My spiritual teacher, HH Kadamba Kanana Swami, recently passed away, I am mourning for him. He told me at our beginning of teacher and student relationship, his main message was “BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE” Don’t pretend to be someone you are not. If you are not honest with yourself, spiritual life and self realisation is very difficult. I always valued being honest, and since he told me so it has been kept in my heart. From the name of my clubhouse, Universal Honest transferred to my company, Universal Honest Coach, Be true to yourself and find best version of you. How being honest helped me to recover and rebuild my life again and even better.

I realised that I was afraid of getting hurt again. But, thanks to my healing of my heart, I had a breakthrough. I am sharing my history of love life, how unlucky I was in love. I believed that my dad never loved me since I was little. I had to go through lots of painful heartbreaks because I was doing my healing work. I learnt a lot about myself and my patterns of my love life, after the breakdown of my marriage. Recent post- divorce romantic feelings didn’t end happily ever after as I needed heal more. I had so many heartbreaks as I am a person who falls in love so easily, is that the response to my childhood trauma response? So, what did I learnt from all these love histories?

I am celebrating one year anniversary of becoming a certified life coach from JACS, Jay Shetty Coaching Certification School. I am so grateful to Jay, the team, and the fellow coaches My healing journey really kicked off when I had Covid in December 2020. It was first Covid pandemic and my situation was pretty bad. But I came across a British coach, Pete Cohen, who was doing clubhouse, on audio only social media platform, where he was helping people in a massive ways. Even I didn’t know what coach actually is, this meeting ended up for me to becoming a certified coach. I came across Jay’s coaching school one day, and it was a flash! It did enrol on the day or two. It was dated. I am so grateful for the experience of healing and knowing myself more and more. I can’t believe I am living my dream life - I am on the beach in Phuket, Thailand at night.
