KUCI: Coaching Conversations

Doug Gfeller is a Master Certified Coach and has been coaching business people for 12 years. He is Chairman of Renaissance Executive Forums of Orange County where he creates top-level forums of CEOs, Presidents, and entrepreneurs and key executive forums of senior managers. He is on the Board of Directors of Storm Management and started up and ran his own residential construction company of 40 people for 16 before becoming a full time coach. Doug had the privilege of starting the first Renaissance Executive Forum in 1995. Forums meet monthly for a half day and function much like a Board of Directors or mastermind group. Forums for both CEOs and Key Executives are currently available in Orange County. As an Executive Coach and Chairman of Renaissance Executive Forums, Doug uses his management and coaching skills to help other chief executives achieve their personal and business goals on issues ranging from strategic planning, management transition, sale of the business, start-up of new operations and hiring and training of key personnel.

Tatyana worked as a psychotherapist within the Russian community in Brooklyn, New York for five years. Currently, she runs a coaching practice. She is in the process of putting together a team of professionals to facilitate a large community project called At Life's Crossroads. This program will embrace different aspects of people's lives, from personal to business management, in order to help clients develop and implement strategies to overcome their obstacles to success. Tatyana was born in the Soviet Union and came to the USA with a strong background in community organizing. After graduating from NYU, she dedicated herself to working with immigrants. She brings to her work with clients her own deep understanding of the immigrant's path to flourishing and success in this country. In her practice, she combines a knowledge of the psychotherapeutic experience with integral systems theory.

Although he has been using coaching in his training and consulting business for over 20 years, it was in 1996 that Frank began to coach individual sales people and executives as a major part of his business. Frank works with executives, sales professionals, leaders, managers and supervisors, and he offers training and development including customized work in power and influence, interpersonal skills and problem solving.

Nahid specializes in facilitating the process of change, by delving past surface level goal-setting to insights that people can use to make a difference that lasts. She works with people who want to make a significant professional change such as starting a business, taking a business to the next level, changing careers, or establishing a strong image in a new corporate environment.
