    What does geography has to do with the way we see gender?, with Bill Hatcher

    Throughout human and non-human history, animal societies with more access to food, water, and better living conditions tended toward matriarchies. On the other side, patriarchal societies were located in regions with harsh conditions, such as deserts and poles.
