In this vibrant episode, our students take us on a global journey through their heritage. In the first part, Cloe, Eesha, Iara, Ryan, and Ainsley share the magic of Three Kings Day in Puerto Rico, the Dragon Dance of Chinese New Year in Malaysia, the colorful altars of Day of the Dead in Mexico, and the proud traditions of the Lumbee Tribe and Diwali in India. In this special, unscripted episode, our student team—Jadon, Collins, Miller, and Angel—celebrates Career Day with a very special guest. They interview Ms. Alice, a 77-year-old school volunteer who has been a pillar of our community for years. Together, they discuss their future professions, such as becoming a soccer player, a cosmetologist, or an engineer. Ms. Alice shares insights from her own diverse career path as a medical secretary and her pioneering work in computer graphics.
