    Theme Of The Pit

I worked with Emiliano (https://twitter.com/EmilianoCenizo) on a game for Ludum Dare 55 which is a game jam that takes place over a weekend. I was really happy with how the title track I wrote turned out so here it is. You can try the game at https://emilianoc.itch.io/ld-55-master-of-the-pit.

    Corridors

Music I wrote for a new level pack for the original Doom game. Chris, the brain behind the maps, has been making new maps for 25+ years and has compiled a pack of the best levels he'd made. For this he needed music and I was privileged enough to write a big chunk of it. If you would like to play it yourself you can do so here: https://windward.dk/TDR/?page_id=1548 The music was written entirely in midi (meaning no modern bells and whistles when it comes to mixing, mastering etc.). A soundfont called Arachno was used. Background art by Pawel Zarczynski https://www.deviantart.com/notmuchnormal

    Late Night Drifting

Made for Manisha's (https://twitter.com/manisha_w96) music jam. The goal was to make a video game inspired track based on the given theme. In this case it was "drifting". This track is what my mind conjured up. Inspired by games such as Lotus: The Ultimate Challenge and other racers of the early 1990s. Off World

Youthful and ignorant Looking up into the void Tiny orbs of mystery Luring my mind away Knowing the universe and the treasures held within Entering the vault is hard When you don’t have the key I wanna go off-world See it all unfurled Explorer at heart and no way to depart Vocals by Nicole Carino

    Starfall

We walk in the shadows Of those who went before The last tears of sorrow Will haunt us no more We're coming in fast And it's nearing the time Starfall at last It's the end of the line (And it's calling me) Preparing for entry A brave new world awaits For so many eons Awaiting salvation We're coming in fast And it's nearing the time Starfall at last It's the end of the line (And a second chance) My heart beat is urgent We finally set down And just for a moment We don't understand The die has been cast Let's do better this time Starfall - the hope Of a million lives (New humanity) Vocals by Nicole Carino Lyrics by Sterix

    Tempus

People are frugal in guarding their personal property, but as soon as it comes to squandering time, they are most wasteful of the one thing in which it is right to be stingy. Putting things off is the biggest waste of life: it snatches away each day as it comes, and denies us the present by promising the future. The greatest obstacle to living is expectancy. Let us prepare our minds as if we'd come to the very end of life. Let us postpone nothing. Let us balance life's books each day. The one who puts the finishing touches on their life each day is never short of time.

  33. 5

    That's Good

Everybody, it's a good thing Everybody, wants a good thing Everybody, ain't it true that Everybody's lookin' for the same thing Ain't it true, there's just no doubt There's some things that you can do without, and that's good Everybody's just like you it's true Everybody wants a good thing too Everybody, it's a good thing Everybody, wants a good thing Everybody, ain't it true that Everybody's lookin' for the same thing Ain't it true, there's room for doubt Maybe some things that you can do without, and that's good Everybody's just like you it's true Everybody wants a good thing too Now let's have a great big hand for everybody who can understand Life's a bee without a buzz it's going great 'til you get stung And let us not forget to toast everyone who might have missed the boat And to everybody else who waits 'til the next one sails in again Everybody, it's a good thing Ain't it true, it's a monumental good thing

  35. 3

    The Sculptor

Verse 1 A blindfolded archer Aiming carelessly He might hit the mark it won’t make him see Verse 2 If you shoot a target that you didn’t choose - then what is it worth? would you win or lose? Verse 3 When you hit the bull’s eye just by letting go then your eyes will see and your mind will know Chorus I am the sculptor I am the clay Master of destiny I shape it my way
