Gift Giving - with Lee Carlson
For many Christmas is a very difficult time, which does get easier as time passes, but as we remember what once was, and the relationships of Christmas past. It can be a very sad overwhelming time of year and easy to forget what we have to thankful for. And through all the confusion and ciaos that is the life of someone living with a brain injury. Those precious gifts may go unnoticed. But what can be worse is those gifts of ourselves that we don’t or are not able to give. Tonight let’s talk about how we made it through Christmas and the special gifts in our lives. And how are you going to make the New Year coming up meaningful and happy. It takes lots of effort and hard work to rise from the depths of a brain injury. It can be those special gifts of ones actions that make it all worth it. Let’s share a message of hope and determination for all to hear. Together we can chance the face of brain injury in upcoming years.
