Ephesians 2: Alive on Purpose
God knows the worst parts of us and still chooses to love us, pursue us, and bring us to life through Christ. By grace we've been made alive, and now it's time to live like it! We weren’t saved to sit back and consume, but we were created to contribute, to build, and to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth through the way we live each day. True satisfaction isn’t found in what we take in—it’s found in walking out the good works God has already prepared for us.

Ephesians 1: Already Yours
We’re kicking off a 6-part series through the book of Ephesians, and it starts with a powerful foundation in chapter 1. Written by Paul to encourage believers, this letter reminds us of who we are in Christ and what we’ve already been given. In this episode, we recognize the spiritual blessings God has poured out, embrace the truth that we’ve been chosen, and learn to pray for wisdom and revelation so we can know Him more deeply (and pray that for others, too). We also introduce the framework of HIPS—Hope, Inheritance, Power, and Strength—a reminder of what belongs to us as followers of Christ.Paul wrote these words to strengthen and encourage his friends. Our prayer is that this conversation does the same for you.

More Than Green Beer
St. Patrick’s Day is often reduced to green shirts and parades, but the real story is far more powerful. We're going back in history to recount the bold faith that carried St. Patrick the land where he was enslaved because the world doesn’t just need celebration—it needs believers willing to carry the light.St. Patrick lived with courage, conviction, and relentless love for the people God called him to reach. Using the simple symbol of the shamrock, he explained the mystery of the Trinity and brought the light of the Gospel into spiritual darkness.

Good, Better, or God?
Not every choice is between good and evil. Sometimes it’s between what makes sense, what looks wise… and what God is actually saying. In this episode, we wrestle with the reality that God is always speaking, but we don’t always want to hear Him. Why? Because hearing Him might mean surrender. It might mean correction. It might mean laying down something we secretly hoped He would approve. How do you discern His voice from your own desires, the opinions of others, or the enemy’s counterfeit? What do you do when the answer comes in pieces, not clarity? And are you willing to obey when His direction costs you something?Hearing God requires hunger, humility, and a posture ready for assignment. Seek Him! He's speaking.

Beyond the Ring
In Relationships Part 2, we lean into the truth that God’s Word still works in today’s culture… and His ways are still best. Can you really be fully satisfied with one spouse for a lifetime? Yes. We also talk about why “missionary dating” isn’t the rescue plan you think it is, and the myth that marriage is the ultimate goal. We also challenge women to share their sextimony, hard-won wisdom that could help another woman walk in purity and freedom. And for the moms? Don’t outsource your kids’ sexual education to friends or screens. Open the door. Be the safe place. Let them ask anything.

Reclaiming the Bedroom
In a sexually saturated culture, we go back to Scripture to uncover God’s design for intimacy. The world may be loud about sex, but God spoke first and it’s time to reclaim the truth. Sex isn’t shameful or optional—it reflects God’s image, strengthens covenant, and carries generational blessing.

Establish Order to Enjoy Rest
When you build with order, you can be blessed with rest. Order isn’t about being neat and tidy, it’s about stewardship. When we intentionally steward what God has entrusted to us, He builds our lives. Psalm 127 reminds us that striving without the Lord leads to exhaustion, but obedience brings rest. In this episode, we talk about bringing God’s order to our days, knowing our limits, refining what we’ve taken on, and faithfully managing the “little things” so we can walk in true Sabbath rest and be trusted with more.

Hungry for More
As we step into a fresh season, we’re talking about a spiritual practice that stretches us, sharpens us, and invites God to move in powerful ways—fasting. Throughout Scripture, fasting and prayer are shown as gateways to breakthrough and supernatural strength. While fasting isn’t a requirement, it is an invitation. If you’re ready to sharpen your edge, quiet the noise, and start the year hungry for more of God, this conversation is for you.

Whispering Darkness S1 E6
Suicide is a rising epidemic—especially among young people—fueled by isolation, despair, and a culture confused about the value of life.In this episode of Legs & Sense, we approach this urgent issue with biblical truth and compassion. From Jesus' own temptation in the wilderness (Matthew 4), we see that He understands the weight of dark thoughts—and shows us how to take them captive.God alone is the Author of life. Yet today, people in power increasingly claim the right to define when life begins—and when it should end. This distortion demands our attention. Let this be a call to courage: Start conversations with your kids. Watch for signs in those around you. Point hearts back to the One who gives life, purpose, and hope. You are not alone. And neither are they.

Counterfeit Spirituality - S1 E5
Crystals, karma, and horoscopes may feel modern—but the seduction of spiritual counterfeits is as old as the Bible itself. In this episode of Legs & Sense, we look at King Manasseh (2 Chronicles 33) and Simon the Sorcerer (Acts 8) to show that New Age practices aren't new at all. From fortune-telling to manipulating spiritual power, these ancient accounts mirror the same dangers we see today—when curiosity turns to compromise and people try to bend God's will instead of surrendering to it.Even innocent-seeming superstitions can open the door to deception.Let’s say what it is: counterfeit spirituality. And let’s remember the truth—Jesus isn’t one option among many; He’s the only way (John 14:6).This is your call to flee from influences of evil.

As we dig into each verse, we reflect on the kind of relationship God invites us into: one marked by trust, rest, and provision. And in the end, we ask a powerful question: What kind of trail are we leaving behind us? Is it marked by goodness and mercy—the fruit of walking closely with the Shepherd? You’ll laugh a little, reflect a lot, and leave feeling grounded in truth and gently challenged to live with intention.

Finding the Beauty in Brave - S1 E3
We all want to be brave—but most of us don’t want to walk through the discomfort that builds real courage. Bravery is born in the tension between fear and faith. And the truth is, your calling will require you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. In this episode of Legs & Sense, we’re talking about what it means to be brave on purpose—not by pretending fear doesn’t exist, but by choosing to step forward anyway. Jesus said that those who believe in Him will do greater things (John 14:12), but greater things often demand greater courage. Through biblical insight and personal stories, we’ll explore how bravery grows through both preparation (Joshua 1:8-9) and perseverance (Romans 5:3–4).We’ll also walk through how to take a S.T.E.P. toward becoming the kind of woman who acts in faith, even when it’s hard.

Trading Quick Fixes for Quiet Strength - S1 E2
You’re doing all the things—trying to stay calm with workouts, winding down with wine, scrolling for a moment of peace, or catching sleep where you can. But what if those surface solutions are only treating the symptoms… not the source? In this episode of Legs & Sense, we’re talking about the kind of change that starts on the inside—the soul-deep shift that happens when we stop striving and start abiding. Jesus didn’t ask us to fix ourselves—He invited us to remain in Him. And when we do, we begin to experience true peace, real clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose that no trend or habit can match.Let’s have an honest conversation about trading culture’s quick fixes for the quiet strength that comes from time with God. Because healing, direction, and fullness of life don’t start on the outside—they start with Him.Come walk with us. You’re not alone on this journey.
