Power is all around us. In this episode of Lessons in Leadership, we talk with LeeAnn Burczynski to hear how she has used different types of power in her leadership positions on campus. Get ready and beware of some power pop quizzes along the way!

We are coming at you with a blast from the Wilks past and inviting three Wilks Institute Student Leadership Coordinator alumni back. Our guests for the day are Jose Jacobo, who is currently an RD here at Miami University, Rachel Cleveland who studied Business and graduated in 2019, and Jordan Perry who is currently in a graduate program at Loyola University. We will hear about how their experiences at Miami Shaped their leadership philosophy and how they apply their own leadership to their current careers.

In this episode of Service Talks with students we will be hearing from Ifey Okafor. Ifey is an RA on campus and a previous Site Leader for RISE Alternative Spring Breaks. Dean Jerome Conley is our next guest on the Lessons in Leadership podcast series. Jerome Conley has served as a Dean and University librarian for the Miami University libraries in Oxford OH since January of 2013 he began his career at Miami University in 1992.
