    Faithful in the Small Things

    You don't make it to the end by chance. Focus on the small daily actions that build to the big things. You don't gain 50 pounds in a day, marriages don't crumble in a day... Start small but be faithful in them

    Are we playing the part well? Who is to blame?

    We are all hypocrites at times.... a lot of the things we don't like or are resentful for are things we do or have done ourselves. Love you all

    New Tables

    The environment you are in makes a huge difference in life and it's trajectory. Sometimes you gotta push a chair in, sometimes you gotta pull up one. Feels good to be back! Be blessed fam

    Priority Shift!

    I had to do an update on this one as I had a SHIFT! What do your priorities say? What do your actions say? I'm hoping they are in agreement... but if you're like me, you have to check them often to avoid the "drift". My wife hit me with one of the most thought provoking things yesterday and it shifted EVERYTHING! Maybe it does for you too. All love fam!

    Thought Audit and Subtract to Add

    Ever taken the time to think about your thinking? Sometimes we have to subtract before we can add. A couple of actionable steps that I think can bring you so much clarity. God Bless

    Different Strokes for Different Folks...

    Everybody ain't for you... so why do we feel we are for everybody? Get off the hamster wheel. Chase your greatness What can you do today that moves you closer? Do it. They did it! Look what they overcame! Keep going until you get your win! #failureisntfinal

    Do the thing!

    Sometimes we get wrapped up in the gaining of knowledge or information we forget to actually DO. THE. THING. I challenge you to look at things not from the perspective of What if.... but one of, WHAT IF?! :D All love fam, God Bless

    Learned Helplessness and HOPE

    Sometimes we have to get out of our own way! What lies are you believing? What untruth are you holding on to? What are you leaving on the table.... You are worth the effort, you are capable of doing things that no one else can. You have value and your soul is the only thing permanent!

    Calm Mind, Fit Body, House of Love

    What would you pay to have those three things? That's the catch, you can't purchase any of them... you must earn them. There will never be an "easy button" for them. I have grown to highly value these three things, along with my faith leading the charge, to drastically improve my health, happiness, purpose, etc.

    Priorities... Just a word?

    Why do we feel like our lives aren't in sync.... probably because we have things that don't belong in our top 5 list that keep making their way in. When you look at your priority list, what would you say is #1? #2? #3?.... Then look at what your actions say... do they align? If so, I bet you are thriving. If not, I'm guessing you are struggling, just like I was. Take your power back!

    Justify You or Transform You?

    Do you take the good that you do and use it to justify your actions? How can two people go through the same "experiences" and end up with two different results? The gym can transform you or it can cause you to justify poor behaviors.... The Lord can transform you if you're willing or you can use your "relationship" to justify a lot of your actions.     Where does your Hope come from?

    This episode dives into the fear, the pain, the anger, the sadness, etc. How do you deal with it? Where does your hope come from? Do we lean on our own understanding or do we lean on the promises given to us who love HIM!

    Waiting for the right time

    Overthink? Paralysis by analysis? What if you took action and learned from what that action provided!

    Build a life you don't need to be distracted from

    We spend many of our days looking for ways to be distracted from the real, the truth, and the things that need to be done. You can start building the life you desire any time you want but you must cut out the distractions that are keeping you from it. Your life is worth fighting for. It's time to build.

    If you want a better future, start creating a better past.

    It might not look like it makes sense, but listen in and see what you think. We love a good redemption story, we love to cheer for the underdog. But we do have to realize, they are working for it and working hard. AND at some point they believe they can. I pray you start to believe you can!

    Healing at 99% or 101% ?

    I read if you want to predict the long term health of any relationship- see if the cuts that are made in that relationship heal at 99% or 101%. It's a deep statement and I dove into my thoughts on it and I hope you do too. Remember, forgiveness is the key to healing... and the prisoner it frees, is you. When you forgive someone, it doesn't mean you have to offer them a seat at your table. There no power or strength in holding a grudge or unforgiveness- it simply makes the peace and joy of your life.... less.

    Dad Bod = Loving Your Family More?

    I stumbled across something that said, "A Dad Bod means you love your family more than you love yourself." I had some thoughts on this... I'd love to hear yours! #WIRK #LifeWellPlayed

    Gratitude or Grumbling?

    What does your typical day look like? Is it filled with thankfulness and truly counting your blessings.... or do you find yourself engaged in grumbling, complaining, frustration, and defeat? Maybe it's time we get our days started with a heart of gratitude and see how it can dramatically change our lives. I hope implementing this has such a positive impact on your days and helps you live your life well! God Bless

    What are you gonna quit?

    We ain't a bunch of quitters around here! But some things don't serve us anymore... maybe they never did?! Pruning is a hard process but it's truly how we grow! We want to grow "good fruit"? Then we have to remove the things that go against that or they'll continually impact our "fruit". We can't just do things the way we've done them, because that's just the way we've always done it!? :P Have you ever questioned, why?? Hope ya'll are blessed today! All love

    Support and Healing

    When you think of becoming better, is it easier to do on your own or with others? I think we all know the answer... depends! Is it doing the science fair project all by yourself with 3 other "teammates" who don't pull their weight or is it collectively sharing the load and supporting each other as problems show up? Hopefully you can use my mistakes to help you navigate your path. As humans we want the version of someone in our life that benefits us the most... sometimes we have to battle that as it might not be what benefits THEM most.

    Discipline equals Freedom

    Get off the emotional roller coaster. Make time for yourself. Freedom isn't free (comfort) you need to work (discomfort) for it to be evident in your life. Be blessed Fam!

    Becoming What We Currently Aren't

    Being a person who does ____ or a person who does not _____. We want to be better. To Level up. To Change. To Grow. To Walk the walk. When people throw the stones at your work, at your effort, at your goals.... let them. Then get back to work. Achieving your goals is the ultimate silencer. What are you called to be? Walk it out. All Love.

    Joy, Expectations, Selfishness

    What are we in control of? Is someone else's joy up to me? Am I being selfish? Your hard work will offend the lazy! Your joy will offend the miserable! Keep going
