Hey there! My name is Natalie. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with additional certification in pelvic health therapy. I am also a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner (CFCP) of the Creighton Model, aka I teach Natural Family Planning (NFP). I am also completing my 200-hour training program as a yoga instructor. I know that mindfulness, fitness, and healthy fertility can all have a HUGE impact on women’s health and wellness. So that is what I am here to share with you -- my journey with and knowledge of all of these topics.
