Ep. 26 - Energy & Joy Audit
Happy Aloha Friday my friends! For our second episode of the spring refresh topic of the month, I did a solo. What is bringing me joy? What isn't? Let's get rid of those ones. What is bringing me energy? What isn't? Let's do more of the things that make us happy and energized! But first we have to discover and uncover the things that make us feel this way. Do a little self digging and get in tune with your mind/body/soul connection. Life is short, so let's live it up for real. The days are long but the years go by fast and I don't want to look back on my life wishing I did more of the things I love! Hope you have a great weekend and see you next week :).

Ep. 23 - Romanticize your life on a budget
Find the joy and beauty in all the small moments that can start to seem mundane in the day to day. Cooking dinner, showering, doing your skincare. Making routines and rituals throughout your day make it feel more productive and structured! We need to stick together and share the small simple and affordable ways to still make our lives feel luxurious and full. Hope you all have the best Valentine's Day and don't forget that love is abundant and meant to be shared. XOXO love you. Leave a review and send a screenshot and I'll pick a winner every week this month to send some $ for a drink on me. :)
