After graduating in 2011, he co-founded P&J’s Life Skills, a program offering camps and group events for kids in Harford County, Maryland. By 2018, Phil was directing camps and group events for a larger nonprofit.In 2012, Phil experienced his first hunting trip, sparking a newfound passion for the outdoors. When COVID-19 halted his nonprofit work, he transitioned to storytelling, blending it with his love for the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Givens Media, initially a side gig, became his full-time career.
