Let's Talk Why Simplicity is Key to Making Profit and Paying Yourself with Cassie Saquing

After running a private daycare out of her home for two years, Cassie started a large daycare/preschool in 2005 and grew it to a scaled, multi-million dollar (per year) business. In late 2018 she started doing business management coaching and consulting for small to medium sized businesses and online entrepreneurs. Cassie developed her money management system (The Profit Stack System) which is designed for female business owners who want to increase their cash flow without financial overwhelm, complicated tech, or a massive time investment. Before integrating her Profit Stack System, Cassie and her business partner struggled to pay themselves a consistent salary before 2015, already 10 years into running the business! After, they began to track revenue consistently, transfer money out into “buckets” on a weekly basis, and manage irregular expenses, everything dramatically changed. They were able to write themselves 4 figure quarterly bonus checks and refurbish an old playground with cash borrowed from themselves. They automated many more financial protocols and that lifted a lot of stress for them. Business decisions became easy after that.   Release the stress and fear from 7 figure money management & get excited about paying yourself additional quarterly 4 figure bonuses by signing up to the free Cash Flow Freedom webinar. https://keap.page/ezu048/cash-flow-freedom-registration-page.html You can also find Cassie on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/profitpassionacademy/

Creating Your Vision is more than pretty pictures

Have you tried using a vision board or whiteboard to help you focus on your goals? They can be helpful tools for visualizing what you want to achieve, but if you're not acting towards achieving those goals, they might not be as effective as you'd like. One reason this might be the case is if you don't have a specific plan in place for how to achieve your goals. Simply creating a vision board or whiteboard and looking at it every day isn't going to make your goals magically come true. It's important to have a clear and detailed plan for how you will work towards your goals and take consistent action towards achieving them. This may include setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, identifying the steps you need to take to achieve those goals, and setting deadlines for when you want to achieve each step. Another reason why vision boards and whiteboards may not be as effective as you'd like is if you're not holding yourself accountable. It can be easy to get sidetracked or lose motivation when working towards a long-term goal. Having an accountability partner or a coach can help keep you on track and provide support and guidance as you work towards your goals. This could involve setting regular check-ins to review your progress and discuss any challenges or obstacles you may be facing. So let’s get into a little more detail here: 1.  Define your goals clearly: Think about what you want to achieve in 2023. What do you want to accomplish personally, professionally, or in other areas of your life? Make sure your goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). 2.  Break your goals down into smaller steps: Once you have your goals defined, break them down into smaller, more manageable steps. This will make it easier to focus on what you need to do each day or week to move closer to your goals. 3.  Set deadlines: Assign deadlines to each step in your plan. This will help you stay on track and ensure that you're making progress towards your goals. 4.  Identify any resources or support you may need: Think about what resources or support you may need to achieve your goals. This could include things like education, training, financial resources, or support from friends and family. 5.  Create a schedule: Once you have your goals and steps defined, create a schedule that outlines when you'll work on each step. This will help you stay organized and ensure that you're making consistent progress towards your goals. 6.  Review and revise your plan regularly: It's important to review and revise your plan regularly to make sure you're on track to achieve your goals. This will allow you to make any necessary adjustments to your plan and stay focused on what you want to accomplish. Change - Even when you least expect it!!! Here are five questions that I suggest you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on to see where you’re at. Question 1:How often do you try new things? - when is the last time you tried something new? Question 2: Are you always looking to improve on many areas of your life? Question 3: Do you fear change? - Do you avoid it? Question 4: Do you know what needs to change in your life, do you have clarity here? Question 5: Are you ready for change? I like to ask myself those questions each month to keep myself accountable for my personal growth, and to quite frankly keep challenging myself. I also allows me to reassess… Is the change still relevant to achieving my goals? Is the change challenging me? And what actions do I need to commit to for the next 30 days…am I focused or losing focus? --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/resolvecoaching/message
