    Imagine having to wait for over 20 years to get an official diagnosis. Well it Ciara Whelan that long to be diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. The 33-year-old has debilitating pain in her abdomen, hips, lower back and legs. On bad days she can't get out of bed, and has been hospitalised several times for heavy periods.     ADHD is more likely to go unrecognised in girls and women. That's according to Chartered Counselling Psychologist Aisling Leonard-Curtin, who received her diagnosis five years ago. She says if people get the right support they are able to channel their ADHD to do amazing things.     Westmeath Bachelor

    The title of Ireland's most eligible bachelor has been won by Westmeath man. 29-year-old Ciaran Clarke from Rosemount took the title back to the Lake county after Kerry's Bryan Murphy claimed it in 2022. Mr. Clarke beat out competition from the likes of Killucan's James Doyle and Fabu D, also known as Black Paddy, at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Saturday night.
