Why do women specifically always compete and be catty towards another? In this episode, I dig into the beefs and talk about how my personal experience with friends and family have changed my views on how to resolve issues.

For years, men and woman have been discriminated against for their hair. It seems as if natural hairstyles have been deemed unkempt or unacceptable. With the help of Dove and the Crown Coalition, the Crown Act was established but it’s still more work to do. People’s identities are through their hair but when we are judged because of our hair, it can change how we feel about ourselves, especially in our primitive years. I was feeling down a few days ago and heard a clip about Veronica Youngblood who killed her children in VA. She claims insanity caused her to do this but it was more about revenge and selfishness.

Some are mad at Chris Rock and his Netflix special. Some say he’s not funny, some say he shucks and jives… I thought it was hilarious and done his way 🤷🏽‍♀️.
