126: Bookish News + What I’ve Been Reading Lately
In this solo episode, I’m sharing a little life update and a lot of excitement for what’s ahead. 125: Chat with Emma Grey
In this episode, I’m joined by international bestselling author Emma Grey to talk about her powerful new novel, Start at the End.We dive into the emotional premise behind this sliding doors–style story and the deeply personal inspiration that brought it to life. After losing her husband ten years ago, Emma found herself imagining the “what ifs”—the many different ways life could have unfolded if circumstances had been reversed. That reflection became the heart of this unforgettable novel.Start at the End is a love story, but not the one you’re expecting. It follows Audrey and Fraser as they fall into a once-in-a-lifetime romance, only to have everything changed in an instant. As they grapple with grief, guilt, and the weight of alternate paths, the story asks a haunting question: where would we be if life had gone differently? This conversation is honest, moving, and full of insight into love, loss, and second chances—and how we begin again when everything changes.
