    28.6.24 - Brisbane v Melbourne - Round 16

    On a Friday night the Melbourne Demons headed to the Gabba as heavy underdogs to face the Brisbane Lions. The Lions have been putting on huge scores of late and were expected to account for a middling Demons outfit. What we got was anything but the expected as Melbourne ramped up the pressure and intensity, going on a blistering 8 goal 2nd quarter run. How did the Lions respond? Tune in to find out!

    22.6.24 - Melbourne v North Melbourne - Rd. 15

    On a Saturday night at the G, the Melbourne Demons and the North Melbourne Kangaroos renewed an old rivalry that was at its best in the late 90s and early 2000s. On this occasion it pitted the improving kangas (sitting 18th on the ladder) against a Melbourne side who's been struggling of late. The game ebbed and flowed and ended with a heart stopping finish. What more could you want from a game of footy? Be sure to tune in!

    10.6.24 - Collingwood v Melbourne - King's Birthday

    On King's Birthday we head to the G to watch a game of footy and raise much needed money to fight MND. Sitting in 9th and 10th on the ladder both the Melbourne Demons and the Collingwood Magpies needed a win to continue to push their top 8 claims. In particular the Dees needed a response after a 92 point mauling at the hands of the Dockers the previous week. Tune in to see how it played out!

    At 3:20 pm on a sunny afternoon at the MCG, the Melbourne Demons took on the StKilda Saints to see who could steady the ship. Both teams needed to get back on the winners list and show their supporters that they mean business in 2024. Tune in to see how it played out!

    In the graveyard slot of 6:20 pm beaming into Melbourne, the West Coast Eagles played host to the Melbourne Demons. The eagles have been up and about getting a more even contribution from their side and lots of energy from first year player Harley Reid. Do the Dees have enough to get the job done over in the West?     9.5.24 - Carlton v Melbourne - Rd. 9

    On a Thursday night with a bit of rain around the Carlton Blues played host to the Melbourne Demons at the MCG. Carlton needed a win to hold onto their spot in the 8 and make claims to be one of the better teams in 2024. From the Dees side of things, they wanted to continue their winning ways after accounting for Geelong the week prior. Who will come out on top?

    4.5.24 - Melbourne v Geelong - Rd. 8

    What more could you ask for than a 1st vs 4th clash on a Saturday night at the MCG? The undefeated Geelong Cats took on the Melbourne Demons to see which teams early season form would be rubber stamped. What we got was an awesome clash of styles where the uncontested marks and organised defence of the Dees met the precision and want to take the game on from the Cats. It all culminated in a ridiculously good last quarter. Enjoy!

    24.4.24 - Richmond v Melbourne - Anzac eve

    On a cool Melbourne Anzac eve night 72,000 packed in to see the Richmond Tigers take on the Melbourne Demons. The Dees have enjoyed a good record against the tigers of late. Would this trend continue, or would the tiger roll the clock back to the late 10s where they were kings? Tune in to find out.

    11.4.24 - Melbourne v Brisbane - Rd. 5

    To kick off round 5 it was Melbourne taking on the Lions who'd started the season with 1 win and three losses. On paper it looked like it should be an easy win for the Dees. But as we all know, sport is not played on paper or spreadsheets. The Lions were desperate to kick start their season and were ferocious at the ball. Tune in to see how it went down.

    4.4.24 - Adelaide v Melbourne - Gather Round

    To kick off Gather round for 2024 on a Thursday night, 48,000 packed into Adelaide Oval to see if Adelaide could get their first win of the season. Melbourne had other ideas wanting to make it two wins in Adelaide from two weeks, having handed Port their first loss of the season. In a tight game, it was moments of brilliance and some slick ball movement that was the difference between the teams. Tune in to see how it played out!

    30.3.24 - Port Adelaide v Melbourne - Rd. 3

    On a Saturday night at the Adelaide Oval, the undefeated Port Adelaide Power took on the Melbourne Demons. The Power were favoured to take this one out with a tall forward line, as the Dees were missing Steven May (and maybe even Jake Lever). We were treated to a top draw game with many swings in momentum and great plays. Tune in to find out who took the chocolates!

    In this round 2 clash on a sunny Melbourne afternoon in late March, the Hawks played host to the Dees at the MCG. Just over 40,000 people gathered to see if the Hawks could pull off an unlikely upset. From the Melbourne perspective it was another chance to put their altered game style on display and show they mean business in 2024. Tune into find out how it played out!
