Melts In Your Pocket was developed by Andrew Seely as a way for him to learn more about chocolate and chocolate bars. As an internet TV show, Andrew is able to engage viewers and create community around people’s love of chocolate. The question that drives the show is, “what makes chocolate good?” The show is geared towards learning about different types of chocolate and what sets “artisan” chocolates apart from the massed produced ones. Tasting
If you recall I was asked back in October (www.meltsinyourpocket.com/blog/la-chocolate-salon-contest) to be a part of the LA chocolate salon. And just like in LA, San Francisco has it's own chocolate salon www.sfchocolatesalon.com They asked me to be a judge again and companies from all over sent me chocolate to judge. I didn't want to post a video of me sitting and reviewing all that chocolate...it took me 5+ hours (straight) tasting chocolate to get through them all. And after that, yes there is a point where there is too much chocolate. But I made a little video for you about the experience. Enjoy. Also look for new episodes of the show soon.
