    How Personalised Nutrition Helped Her Lose 23kg After Menopause | Sandra Davidson

    After menopause, Sandra began gaining weight rapidly and felt unlike herself. Despite trying different approaches, nothing seemed to work, and she felt frustrated and low in energy. At 57, weighing 92 kg, she decided to start the Metabolic Balance program with practitioner Diana Burgess.Within weeks she noticed positive changes, including reduced puffiness, improved energy, and better sleep with fewer night sweats. Over about six months, Sandra lost around 22 kg, reaching approximately 69 kg.
