Episode 15 - Will Craig
On Episode 15 of Mikey on Mute, I interview Will Craig, an amazing individual within the mental health talks community. We discuss Mikey being a "fan boy" of Will, Will's book (as well as a drop about his 2nd book!), and how emotions being talked about by men need to be validated. After experiencing a tragic loss of a partner and battling some of his own personal demons, Will has grown to care deeply about having open and frank conversations around mental health. He believes in a common sense approach to tackling your demons and the importance of moving forward one step at a time. As a result, he’s made it his mission to share his story in the hopes that it will show others they’re not alone and perhaps encourage them to share theirs as well. You can find a copy of his book “One Step Forward: Ideally in the Right Direction” on Amazon. He can also be found through his blog “The Battle You Know Not” as well as various social media platforms listed below. He’s also been featured on the podcasts “Bunny Hugs and Mental Health,” and most recently “Eyes Wide Open with Nick Thompson”.
