Bex has coached cross the breadth of the sport working with ITU, Paralympic and Commonwealth games medalists. Bex now coaches Pro Triathletes and AG athletes over the 70.3 and Ironman distances. Nikki has been a Professional Triathlete for 9 years, with over 25 podiums, 2 x Top 10 finishes at the IRONMAN World 70.3 Championships. And recently 5th at the IRONMAN World Championships in Nice.This podcast is aimed to engage with the sporting community, involving ‘training tails’ and ‘coaches corner’ where listeners can send in their questions and tails of the week.
