Motherhood Mothershould is a podcast that focuses on parenting skills and advice from a mother of seven who is a National Board Certified teacher for the past 23 years. All seven of my children received full-ride scholarships to college and include three doctors and 3 nurses. Throughout my podcast, I will be giving advice on schooling, promoting self-esteem, organizing your household, and anecdotal events which are fun and extremely helpful for new parents, experienced parents, and grandparents.

    By God's grace, most of us are coming to the end of this long year of COVID-19 quarantine.  Although it is a year that has changed us all, how have our youth reacted?  We revisit two young people to get their perspective and their experience.   They share their new hopes, accomplishments and dreams as they reflect on their personal journey this year.

    This episode addresses the technological monster which parents are facing during Distance Learning sessions while in quarantine.  Many parents are experiencing  extreme stress  as they cope with new technology platforms and school requirements. Is it the challenge of new learning or is it the feeling of  our own  inept ability as we try to tackle both teaching and technology at the same time?

    This episode focuses on children's perspectives during Distance Learning and quarantine. I had the opportunity to interview an elementary student and a high schooler to examine the good and bad aspects of learning during this unprecedented time. I share tips on how to help the void our children are experiencing.
