How to Stop Missing Your Life

On this episode of the Mr. Internatianil Podcast, I talk about one of the most important things I’ve been realizing lately: how easy it is to get trapped in what I call time compression syndrome. When you’re constantly busy, stressed, overthinking, and trying to keep up with everything at once, life starts moving so fast that you don’t even realize how unhappy or disconnected you’ve become. Days blur together. You forget what matters. You stop enjoying the moment because you’re always mentally somewhere else. This episode was inspired by my recent Celebrity cruise through the Caribbean out of Miami, where I had an unexpectedly meaningful experience. The cruise itself was amazing — beautiful atmosphere, incredibly friendly people, and some of the kindest staff I’ve ever been around. But what really stayed with me was a conversation I had onboard with a watch salesman in one of the boutiques. He said something simple — something I’d heard a hundred times before — about enjoying life, living in the moment, and not worrying so much. But this time, for whatever reason, it hit me exactly when I needed to hear it. It honestly made me emotional.I also talk about how often we torture ourselves worrying about outcomes that never even happen. I share a story about a bankruptcy case that had been weighing heavily on me, only for it to wrap up without any of the disaster scenarios I had built up in my mind. This is an episode about slowing down, reconnecting with life, and remembering that the worst things we imagine usually never come to pass.If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or like life is slipping by too fast, this one is for you.Topics in this episode:Time compression syndromeWhy life feels like it’s flying byCelebrity cruise reflectionsCaribbean travel mindsetThe power of hearing the right words at the right timeAnxiety, overthinking, and false worst-case scenariosLearning how to enjoy the present momentHappiness, perspective, and emotional claritySubscribe for more episodes on travel, emotional well-being, mindset, healing, and learning how to live more deeply.#MrInternatianil #Podcast #TimeCompressionSyndrome #CelebrityCruise #CaribbeanCruise #Mindset #Overthinking #LiveInTheMoment #EmotionalWellness #TravelPodcast #PersonalGrowth #HealingJourney🟢Subscribe🟢If you’re building a calmer life as a sensitive person who still gets stuff done, hit Subscribe and turn on notifications. Today’s episode is a quiet reset from The Peninsula Manila—a little travel vlog, a little mindset talk. When you’re aligned with what you love, the body knows. The stress loosens. Your energy comes back. Work stops feeling like this heavy thing you have to drag around. And before you sleep: stop working. Not because you’re lazy—because you’re protecting your nervous system. From Chaos to Cockfights and Karaoke: The Law of Attraction on a Remote Philippine Island

I recorded this episode from Camiguin, Philippines—a quiet, isolated island where life moves slower and distractions fade away.I travel to places like this intentionally. When the external noise drops, my mind slows down too. And when that happens, I can finally think clearly, realign my energy, and sort my life out without the constant pull of notifications, obligations, and mental clutter. In Camiguin, something interesting happened.Once my mindset shifted and my energy felt aligned, unexpected connections and adventures started finding me. I ended up at a local cockfight. I met someone and their family. I spent the afternoon drinking, laughing, and doing karaoke inside their home—one of those experiences you could never plan, only stumble into when you’re fully present. That’s the law of attraction at work—not in a flashy way, but in a grounded, real-life way. When your mind is calm and your energy is right, life responds differently. This episode isn’t just about travel. It’s about changing inputs. If you keep putting the same routines, the same habits, and the same energy into your life, you’ll keep getting the same results out. Life is an equation. Change the input, and the output changes too.And if you can’t hop on a plane to an island right now?You can still apply this mindset by breaking patterns and changing your daily routine—even in small ways.Slow down. Create space. Shift your mindset. You might be surprised what starts finding you.#MrInternatianil #Manila #Mindset #Focus #AnxietyTips #HighlySensitivePerson #Empath #Boundaries #PersonalGrowth #MentalClarity #TravelPodcast🟢Subscribe🟢If you’re building a calmer life as a sensitive person who still gets stuff done, hit Subscribe and turn on notifications. Stop Letting Small Things Ruin Your Day (Do This Instead)

Ever notice how the small stuff tries to hijack your whole day? A random message. A minor inconvenience. A tiny problem that suddenly feels like a five-alarm fire.In today’s episode, I’m talking about a simple mental shift that’s been helping me a lot: recategorizing the constant little “miscellaneous things” as background noise — not as urgent threats, not as distractions that deserve center stage, but as the normal static of life. When you stop treating every little interruption like it’s a big deal, you get your focus back. Your energy comes back. And you can finally stay locked onto the bigger picture: the goals, the peace, the direction you actually care about. If you’ve been feeling mentally pulled in 20 directions, this one’s for you.🎧 Drop a comment: what’s the #1 “background noise” thing you’re ready to stop feeding with your attention?#MrInternatianil #Manila #Mindset #Focus #AnxietyTips #HighlySensitivePerson #Empath #Boundaries #PersonalGrowth #MentalClarity #TravelPodcast🟢Subscribe🟢If you’re building a calmer life as a sensitive person who still gets stuff done, hit Subscribe and turn on notifications. Cosmic Connections Arrive In Just The Right Time

After four years of putting out fires at my law firm, I finally created space to build my brand—and two “chance” meetings proved why timing matters. I met two chiropractors who felt instantly familiar: same Canadian roots, similar ages, parallel journeys. This episode explores how divine timing works, the texture of a true cosmic connection, and how to invite more of them into your life and business. What you’ll learn:The difference between networking and alignmentSigns you’re in a real “cosmic connection” (and not forcing it)Simple habits to make space for serendipityWhy nothing—especially the waiting—gets wasted🟢Subscribe🟢If you’re building a calmer life as a sensitive person who still gets stuff done, hit Subscribe and turn on notifications.
