MVP is a podcast hosted by a father and son team that aim to educate, inspire and encourage African American men to communicate about life issues. It gives a multi-generational "viewpoint" on topics that aren't usually discussed in the man's arena. The podcast aims to empower men to live and their truth and offer the culture a clear look into a man's perspective.

    Episode 11

    Tony and Taylib speak on what men think about women who send a representee physically, emotionally and mentally. Especially physically, the father and son team get into fake eye lashes, too much make up, BBL's and all other non-real "enhancements" women partake in. The two, as always, give their multigenerational viewpoint on this touchy subject! Why do women feel like they must succumb to the pressures of societal beauty standards and trends all in the name of being beautiful?

    Episode 10 - Confidence or Cockiness

    Episode 10! The team celebrates their first double digit episode! Tony and Tay give their unique multigenerational viewpoint on the whole Shaddeur Sanders saga. His "slip" from first round grace to not getting reps with the first team offense, to his relationship with his dad, Deion. The two discuss the differences between confidence and cockiness and which one of these categories does the embattled QB fall in. Tony explains the importance of cockiness and it's importance in raising a son! The dialogue gets humorous and heated!

    Tony and Taylib answer a question from a subscriber. Do Black men still want to be married and is marriage still relevant in the black community? The two, put this threw their multigenerational lenses and dive into this head on. The conversation, as usual, gets real as the father and son team give their viewpoints. Tony talks from experience about marriage and Tay talks of expectations and what his generation thinks about the M word.

    Episode 8 - Truth, intimacy and Foreplay

    Tony and Taylib get into truth, intimacy and foreplay. After defining intimacy and foreplay, the two discuss the importance of each. The conversation takes a unexpected turn as the show's engineer and producer comes from behind the camera and drops jewels on the father and son team. This episode is full of surprises! This is one for the ages!

    Tony and Tay talk about their experiences of being members of the same Greek organization. The dialogue touches on intake, experiences, and why members denounce Greek organizations. Tony and Tay also talk about what it meant to each of them being members of the same Greek letter organization and members of the same chapter. The two share their similarities and differences of pledging thirty years apart and share warm moments of what each of them mean to each other out of and in of the name of Alpha Phi Alpha.

    Tony and Tay expound on traditional roles in relationships and marriage. The father and son duo discuss role reversal, submission and the woman who is I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T. The multigenerational viewpoint is at its best in this episode!

    Tony and Tay welcome their first guest to the cast! Caleb Sutherland, a childhood bestie of Taylb's. In this episode, the team explores love and relationships, careers and finances from a multigenerational view. Taylib and Caleb go deep into their journeys as boys becoming men and drop jewels on these three categories. Tony adds his seasoned wisdom as the " Young Men" discuss what positives and negatives they have learned so far and speak "real" and "clear" talk as they speak truth to power!

    Tony and Tay use their multigenerational view to tackle the issue of men's health, physically and mentally. They also give their perspectives on why black men don't go to the doctor.
