My first show
by Marta Fabregat
This is the first audio I’m sharing under the name Sensed Ecology. It was recorded at dusk, in a forest close to where I live, on Imbolc, a threshold time in the year, when something begins to stir beneath the surface. This is not a scripted podcast. It’s an attunement. A listening.I speak from the land, from the body, and from what is happening in the moment — weaving personal experience, rewilding science, and older memories of relationship with land, care, and resistance.I call this first offering A Loving Resistance. You’re welcome to listen slowly, or not all at once. This is an invitation to pause, to sense, and to keep company with what wants to be born.

The Riparian Potential of Humanity
In this episode of the Sensed Ecology Podcast, I reflect on how human beings meet pain and discomfort in times of tension. Drawing from ecological processes such as mycelial networks and riparian zones, the episode explores how nature returns to flow through relationship and regulation. Through personal reflections and a gentle attunement, listeners are invited to sense how awareness can become a buffer zone where life finds its own organic order through contact.

Listening Before Knowing · A Sensed Ecology Conversation
In this episode of Sensed Ecology, I gently explore the strange moment many of us feel we are living in, a time where familiar meanings no longer hold us, and yet something new has not fully appeared. Rather than trying to explain or fix this, we turn toward the body and the living environment. We are remembering how to stay with the quiet, unclear knowing that lives beneath our thoughts. Supported by air, space, sound, and the presence of the natural world, we can remain in contact with experience without rushing to conclusions. From this place, new steps in our lives and in our ways of being together can slowly emerge. This episode is an invitation to accompany yourself, and to rediscover that understanding does not only come from ideas, it grows from sensing, relationship, and the living process we are part of.
