Everyone remembers being asked as kids "What do you wish to be when you grow up?" Many of my classmates answered doctors, nurses, and other jobs but to me I always wanted to write. I wanted to change the world one word at a time. The saying I lived by since I was small was is "the pen is mightier than the sword." If my words can bring comfort to someone's wounded heart than I have fulfilled what I have set out to do so long ago as small girl in a hospital bed whose others books changed my life.
