You have found it. Rob and Seamus are here to talk staying sober without those programs or "higher powers". We aren't offering salvation just suggestions of things that have been working for us. If you are struggling we have a Discord that you can join for no cost EVER and someone will be there to chat. Just remember to BREATE, STAY SOBER and above all else HAIL THY SELF
