This podcast is used to spread knowledge about the different types of abuse especially present in South Asian culture. Many women cycle through abusive people in their life, whether that‘s family, friends or a marriage and are not aware that the behavior is abusive and how to escape such situations. Many people in our culture lack the knowledge needed to change these behaviors since we are told to keep quiet as it is a ”taboo,” but we‘re here to challenge that.
