Through Provet Impact, Noelle developed the PROVE Impact Framework, integrating People, Resilient Design, Opportunity Creation, Viable Economics, and Ethics into real estate investment strategy. She serves on the board of House Proud as Chair of Finance and Operations. Originally from Camden, NJ, she is based in Atlanta, GA.
