My Mother's Last Battle
On this episode of Everything That Makes Us Feel, I talk with my mother about her cancer, the emotions that can bring, and the journey she's on. We also talk about depression and resilience. It's one of the main thing she's taught me and she could be a model for everyone to follow. We have this one life to live. Tell the people close to you that you love them, hang onto them tight, until their last breaths, and then shape your journey to live the life you want.

Why Everything That Makes Us Feel?
In this episode, I wanted to talk about why I launched my first episode, "My Mother's Voice," interviewing my mother and the sense of urgency to do so, along with why her voice caused some to feel uncomfortable. I also give and introduction to my podcast, books, and the stories we will hear that relate to our mental health and wellbeing. Some of stories may be tough to hear, but I hope they help. It's okay not to be okay. You're not alone! Thanks for listening!
