I went to New York to run Citi Field. Myself and Tyler Movsessian rabbited the elites, and then I ran the course with Mike Stefano of ‪@obstaclerunningadventures6355‬ This particular race, since I only had two rabbits I did a full race edit with those two cameras and the five Mevo cameras that I put out around the course. I ran a 55k trail race in the Franklin Mountains, near El Paso, TX. I give a race recap and then talk about our OCR coverage plans for the year.

After flight issues made me miss racing the Age Group Series race, I made it out in time to film the elites on unday for the elite series race.

Cell coverage plays a big part in live coverage. I took a few minutes to talk about Cell Coverage and Cell Providers and how it a affects The OCR Report live streams.

For five years I've been struggling with dehydration and finally found that it's due to a lack of sodium. It's not that I haven't taken electrolytes in the past, it's just that I haven't taken nearly enough. Listen in to hear how I finally conquered this long on going problem. Hopefully this can help out others who have dealt with the same issues.
