OMJ

OMJ is a weekly conversation between three sisters navigating adulthood from different timelines — love, career, identity, culture, and everything in between. We talk about what it means to grow up together but grow differently, blending humor, reflection, and real-life lessons. Expect sister banter, soft truths, occasional chaos, and moments that feel like therapy without the copay. This is for anyone figuring it out in real time.

If I Could Text My Younger Self

This one gets a little reflective… but don’t worry, we still keep it real. We talk about who we thought we’d be by now versus who we actually became — from single life to relationships to marriage and motherhood. If we could text our younger selves, would we warn her… or let her learn the hard way? We also put each other on the spot and ask the real question: could we survive each other’s lives? It’s honest, a little chaotic, and a reminder that even if life didn’t go how we planned… it might still be exactly how it’s meant to go.

    Behind the Scenes

We made it to episode 10… and we’re exposing everything. In this milestone episode, we’re taking you behind the scenes of OMJ — the chaos, the things we cut out, the moments that almost didn’t make it, and what podcasting is actually like for us. From technical issues to talking over each other to completely losing the plot, this episode is unfiltered and a little too honest. It’s messy, funny, and very on brand — because what you hear is only half the story.

  3. 11

    Mentally Buffering

This week, we’re getting real about ADHD — what it actually looks like, how it shows up in our daily lives, and why so many women go undiagnosed for years. We talk about the differences between ADHD in men and women, our own struggles with focus, emotions, and feeling “all over the place,” and the habits that somehow make no sense… but also perfect sense. We also get into the conversation around diagnosis and medication — sharing our personal experiences, thoughts, and hesitations with no judgment. It’s honest, a little chaotic, and very relatable. If you’ve ever felt like your brain just works differently… this one’s for you.

Cryptids, True Crime & Why We Scare Ourselves

This episode was supposed to be part two of our last episode with Angel — continuing the whole “spring cleaning your life” conversation… but we changed the vibe. instead, we ended up diving into cryptids, true crime, and all things creepy. from the creatures people swear they’ve seen, to real-life cases involving murder, to the unsettling stories and moments that just feel… off — we unpack why we’re so drawn to scary things in the first place. it’s a mix of curiosity, chaos, and “why did we talk about this at night?” energy. if you’ve ever gone down a true crime rabbit hole or convinced yourself that noise was nothing… you’ll fit right in.

    Adult Friendships... What's That?

In this episode, we talk about how friendships change in different stages of life, the ones we thought were permanent, the ones that slowly faded, and the new ones we’re learning to build. We get into how being in different life stages than your friends can affect your relationship, and how priorities, responsibilities, and just growing up in general changes how often you actually see each other. It’s honest, a little nostalgic, and very real about what friendship looks like right now.

    Let’s Get Reacquainted

Joseline and Mely are back, and this episode is all about the things we love. From music to food to our favorite city and the random little things we’re currently obsessed with, we’re sharing it all and what it might (or might not) say about us.We also get into favorite memes and vocal stims (because… why do we all say the same things?), and play a fun round of “This or That” that turns into debates, questionable choices, and a lot of laughs. It’s light, it’s easy, and a perfect way to get to know us a little better.

  7. 7

Tarot, Zodiac & A Little Delusion (Part 1) with Maria & Esmeralda

In this episode, Odalys is joined by her friends Maria and Esmeralda to talk about tarot, astrology, intuition, and the ways people try to make sense of life’s bigger questions. They share their experiences with tarot readings, debate zodiac stereotypes, and talk about gut feelings, coincidence, and whether the universe might actually be trying to tell us something. The conversation also touches on faith, God, and their different beliefs about fate versus free will. Along the way they play a game guessing zodiac stereotypes and share some funny astrology moments.Fair warning — we get excited and definitely talk over each other at times, but that’s just what happens when you put three curious girls in a room together. This is Part 1 of the conversation — Maria and Esmeralda will be back to dive into dreams, numerology, and even more mystical topics.

Keep it Clean with Angel Part 1

Spring is here, so we decided it was time for a little life limpia. In this episode we talk about what we’re keeping and what we’re letting go of this season — from cleaning out our wardrobes and getting rid of clothes we never wear, to the habits and mindsets that no longer fit who we’re becoming. We also talk about healthier routines we’re trying to build and touch a bit on people-pleasing and learning to set better boundaries. Joseline’s husband Angel joins us as a special guest to weigh in, which makes the conversation even more fun. And just when we think we’re wrapping up, we get an unexpected visitor that completely changes the ending. Safe to say… we’ll definitely need a Part 2.

  9. 5

    The Big D Word

After an unexpected two-week hiatus, we’re back and talking about the big “D” word: death. The same week our grandmother passed and we rushed to Illinois to be with family, we also said goodbye to Arlo, Odalys' beloved pet. In this episode we reflect on grief, watching our dad navigate losing his mother, and how loss shifts your perspective overnight. At the same time, life kept moving — Odalys stepped into her birthday month and Joseline is headed to Nashville for a bachelorette trip. We talk about how grief and joy can exist at the same time, and how death and life really are two sides of the same coin. It’s a conversation about loss, love, family, and learning how to keep living while still honoring what you’ve lost.

  10. 4

    Where We're At With Love

February felt like the right time to talk about love — not the Pinterest version, but the real, complicated kind. In this episode, we get honest about our relationship statuses and how our views on marriage, long-term commitment, and being single have shifted depending on where we are in life. We talk kids, compromise, dealbreakers, and whether we chose our paths… or quietly followed what society handed us. Baby Nora makes a surprise cameo, because of course she does. We bond over rom-coms we love and laugh through just how different our perspectives are at this stage of life.

  11. 3

Three Sisters, Three Seasons of LIfe

In our first episode, we talk about growing up in the same house but wanting completely different things out of life — and how that’s put us in very different stages now. We touch on a lot of the stuff that comes up when you’re figuring yourself out: trauma, love languages, comparison, expectations, and the pressure to be “doing life right.” We also talk about New Year goals and what “becoming a better version of yourself” actually looks like for each of us right now. This episode is just the beginning.
