62- I ran a half marathon in London !
Yesterday I ended up running a half marathon around London, even though that definitely wasn’t the plan. I’d originally set out to do about eight miles, but once I got going I felt good and thought I’d stretch it to eleven. Then, somewhere along the way, I just decided I might as well go the whole way and complete the half. I finished in 1 hour and 54 minutes, which isn’t quite what I was aiming for, but it still feels like a solid effort, especially with the Latvia marathon coming up in six weeks, which I’m really excited about. Overall, it was such an enjoyable run I made some great memories, my legs felt strong, my breathing was steady, and my energy levels were right where they needed to be. Honestly, I just feel really grateful to be able to push my body like that. hope you enjoyyyyy :)
