Every Saturday morning at 9am, hundreds of people gather in South Park for this free weekly 5K where people can run, jog, walk, or volunteer.And the weekend doesn’t stop there, on Sunday mornings the park hosts the junior parkrun, a free 2K event designed for children aged 4–14, helping the next generation enjoy being active and part of the community.
