    Affirmative Action- Is it Just?

This podcast will encourage respectful debate or discussion, despite the sometimes polarizing topics that will be featured. In this episode, we will be discussing whether affirmative action is considered just, in light of the case the Supreme Court is currently looking at: Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. Harvard. Bollinger, which currently allows race to be a factor, but not the determining factor, in college acceptance. Harvard, on the other hand, says that they aim for a demographically diverse student body. This episode features Aya Sugiura (senior), Nora Manukyan (junior) and host Emma Cho (sophomore), a section editor and staff writer for The Occidental. This podcast is produced by Zoey Solomon (Junior).
