My name is Victor Ajayi and I am your host. I am a car salesman, a student, an auto enthusiast and an aspiring business person. I will be sharing from mine and others thoughts, convictions, stories, philosophies, principles, techniques and frameworks. I wish you peace and prosperity.

  1. 21

What About A Life of Significance (First Dive)

Just like builders carefully plan before constructing a house, we must actively take responsibility for what we want our lives to look like. We must show up for ourself always.

  2. 20

    Introduction to WAALS

This episode is a quick introduction to a very helpful self-help material "What About A Life of Significance?" published and soon to be on your favorite E-commerce platform soon!

  3. 19

Plan Z (Interview with Al-Ameen Abolare)

I had a chat with Al-Ameen Abolare about his recently published life manual; Plan Z. We discussed ideas around identity and personal development. This is one episode you won't get enough of. There's a goody somewhere in the podcast, let me know when you find it.

  4. 18

    Happy New Year!

This episode was recorded very early in the year and I feel the time to publish it has come. In this episode inspired by Tolu Emmanuel (my podcast editor), I spoke about gratitude and why it's an important mind frame for us to process and maximise our lives. I hope you see reasons to be grateful every day of this year. Blessings!

  5. 17

    Hope; The Elixir of Possibilities

Tolu Emmanuel interviewed me on my birthday and we discussed my recent essay on hope. I am sure you'd fine a few inspiration here.

  6. 16

    The Nigerian Japa-nese!

On this episode of Pausitive Hyve, I had Dr. Simi Adeodun. A large stream of people have crossed over to other climes in search of better living conditions. We talked about the hardships pushing out our talents and the mind posture that those of us who can't or don't want to leave need to adopt going forward. We called people to action; to be the inspiration needed to hold our dear Nigeria together.

  7. 15

The Plan For A Nigeria For All!

I had the privilege to share great moments with my friend Mr. Adeyemi as we discussed the current state of our beloved Nigeria and we discussed the civil plan to wrestle Nigeria from her nightmare. This is a timely podcast for the celebration of our 62nd Independence Day. God bless Nigeria!

  8. 14

    The Pursuit of Soft Life!

This is the beginning of Season 2 of the Pausitive Hyve Podcast and here I spoke about a mental plague that seems to be ravaging a significant portion of people in Nigeria and Africa at large. There's a need for builders and building is definitely not for softies, this is a call for young people to take head on the challenges of building communities by every legal means.

  9. 13

How to Partner With Local Businesses!

We merged two cities to pull this episode off. Happy to have my friend Peter Atoyebi again on Pausitive Hyve. We had a swell time and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as enjoyed having this conversation.

  10. 12

What To Do With Your Salary!

I had Babatunde Ajagbe over on this episode where we discussed the challenges of being a salary earner and wealth creation and management. I advised against swallowing the popular knowledge of living below your means to save money. After this recording, Babatunde messaged me privately and he said he thinks young folks should have savings, I was mildly against.

  11. 11

    The Limitations of Labels

The brain left to itself is a lazy organ and will choose the path of least resistance again and again until we become intentional about life. Most of the ills we find in our families, work places and society today can easily be traced back to our tribal narrative and how we label those we have excluded from our tribe. To have better family, work space and society, we must do away with labels no matter how tempting and easy the opportunity it affords us. Listen and share!

  12. 10

    Change or Be Changed!

There are moments when a line is drawn in the sand and we must make a choice. It may seem as though we are resisting change when we don't make any choice but the truth is that we have relinquished our power to effect the change we want and we become those who change happen to. Nigeria is in focus here.

  13. 9

    Where Value Comes From!

Value has become a word thrown around in many circles, but what does it really mean and how those it affect you and I? I shared my thoughts on where value comes from using my personal experience.

  14. 8

    Verify Your Beliefs!

In this episode, I shared some thoughts about how it's important for individuals to verify what they belief and how they reach conclusions about what they are convinced about. It's a personal responsibility and should be done with the utmost sense of duty. I hope this episode helps someone reevaluate their beliefs.

  15. 7

Rambles on Access, Girls and Life Hacks

I had Peter Atoyebi over and we decided to record our typical conversations as an episode for you. We recorded our ramblings about life hacks, girls and the non linearity of life. You should get something that speaks to you I this episode.

  16. 6

    Who Owns Nigeria 🇳🇬?

Here in this episode I am asking that we begin to ask serious questions about our country and come up with strategic plans to swing the country onto a progressive course. I know many are tires of the country already and may even laugh this effort but wouldn't you rather be known for standing for something especiallya country as beautiful and blessed as Nigeria?

  17. 5

    Choosing Your Significant Other!

In this episode I hosted my senior friend, we discussed issues surrounding choosing a spouse and the necessity of overcoming the fear of making mistakes in choosing. I look forward to hearing from you. What contributions do you have to make?

  18. 4

    Friends and Wedding Parties!

In this episode, I had friends with me after a wedding party experience. We shared our experience and insights for applications.

  19. 3

    Intentions Are Overrated!

In this episode I shared an old lesson a recent experience dug up! I emphasised the need to take responsibility if we want to be in control and also learn to take the focus off ourself in other to see beyond our intentions and rather see what our words or actions translate to mean to the people on the receiving end of the things we say and do. I hope you find this episode insightful.

  20. 2

    Excellence or Perfection?

In this episode, I shared some thoughts about how many of us allow the waves pass us by while we wait on the beach waiting for the perfect wave. Maybe the perfect wave actually do exist but what if it doesn't come on the day we visit the beach? Excellence however is the attitude that is committed to making the best possible outcome of our circumstances with the available resources. I also mentioned some of y'all names. Listen and let me know what you think.

  21. 1

    Starting With What I Have.

In this episode, I recognised all the feedbacks I got from everyone who has taken the time to listen to the first episode of this learning season so far. Thank you! You are the real MVPs. I spoke on why I decided to publish despite the less than excellent quality of the audio and finally I shared some lessons. Save +2348088682938 to reach me on WhatsApp.
