002: Unfinished Business
Hopped on a Zoom with Emilio Martinez (@emart_97 on Twitter) who is a long-time internet buddy of mine. We talked about Propulsion, Yielding, Skill Capacity, Skill Acquisition, and our mutual friend Nick Zappala. This episode is called Unfinished Business because the last 40 minutes of this Zoom was not recorded. I hit the record button on the last zoom, but it didn't save. That's sad because we really started cooking at the end. I will not use my Airpods as a mic next time--if there is a next time--lesson learned. I still hope you get some value out of this.

001: Baseball Performance For Dummies
Episode 001 features guests Matt Silvera and Charlie Perkins who own Bezerker Training in Los Angeles California. They came to discuss all the training questions they had with me. This is just 2 hours of the boys talking shop about tendons, DB Hammer, AREG Throwing, mobility training, and anything else you could imagine. The chances of me recording anything else like this are slim, so enjoy this podcast. We dive down deep into some interesting topics and I guarantee if you listen to it you will get some valuable training insight from it.
