IFTJ Uncovered: The Trailer
In the spirit of advocacy from our Social Justice Summit this week, we are pleased to present the IFTJ Uncovered Podcast by Shelby Evans, Sadie O’Leary & Griffin Legg. Please enjoy this trailer of what will be a multipart audio snapshot of the IFTJ delegation's trip to the Ignatian Family Teach In for Justice in Washington D.C. During the trip, the IFTJ Delegation had the opportunity to share a meal with Sarahi Espinoza Salamanca in DC. Future episodes of the IFTJ Uncovered Podcast will include snippets of their insightful and off the cuff dialogue over lunch, and explore topics such as migration — that Sarahi explained in her presentation — with an additional emphasis on environmental justice. It’s important to remember that Social Justice or awareness cannot be achieved in a two day environment. Through this podcast, we aim to continue developing the themes brought about, explore new themes, and generally continue to tie everything together and grow your understanding and knowledge of justice. If you want to hear about what exactly goes on at the Ignatian Family Teach In for Justice, or want to hear about ways to get involved in social justice or even just want to explore these complex issues in an insightful and engaging format, make sure to tune in to future episodes and listen to the trailer!!! #BoundlessandBeloved #Injustice #Migration #Environment
