3er regla del presente simple en tercera persona  play =plays este verbo termina en Y y  antes tiene una vocal por eso se le agrega S al final del verbos.

La tercera persona del singular en el presente, presenta una peculiaridad. Sabemos que se corresponde con los pronombres “he”, “she”, “it” en inglés. Si tras estos pronombres encontramos un verbo en presente tenemos que estar alerta para añadir un pequeño detalle. Este detalle ha de tenerse en cuenta en frases afirmativas, frases negativas y frases interrogativas.
