Braking my silence is me returning to podcast after life took a turn for me January 2023. It’s now January 2024. I recorded this August 2023 but never up loaded it. This is me telling yall where I been what I been doing and what I been through.

We often want things that aren’t good for us we crave things that we don’t need, we wanna hold on to people who wrong us and we wonder why. Some things dont need an explanation. People are Temporary and seasonal. But us as humans we wanna keep things and people in are life when it’s really their time to move out the way or you to move on. Here I’m saying how don’t want till the new year so it now. Listen to what God is telling you about everything and everybody. Most people aren’t meant to elevate with you cause they don’t have good intentions and God does want them to benefit off your success

Let’s open up and talk about how we doing, I know this is a time of the year when we start to feel down or get in out feelings so here is an episode talking bout different conversations that we can have about different feelings we may be feelings during this time of the year.

When things don’t go your way or how you planned it. When life hits you with these curve balls that knock the wind out of you. My health or physical condition arise it’s so easy to give up because your mind gets so cluttered with doubts.
