That tension can feel disorienting, especially if you were taught that love should feel peaceful, certain, or instantly right.     Discernment, Intuition, or Hypervigilance?

    Many of us were taught to look outside ourselves for answers—to seek approval, guidance, or certainty from authority, faith, or fear.
