Lunch Time Is The Best Time

I think that we all have been there especially when you feel like you are being pulled in a million different directions. This used to be such a challenging space to navigate for Cubby and myself, until I realized that I have the power to make time. Being in the same space as someone can sometimes create the illusion that you are spending quality time because of the physical space being shared, but there can actually be a very present disconnect mentally and emotionally. Working Full-Time, managing two schedules, balancing therapies and not to mention co-hosting a podcast with a toddler can leaving you feeling that there just are not enough hours in the day, but what if I told you that you may only need anywhere from 5min - 1 hour for memorable and intentional core memories to be made? My secret during the work week is using my lunch break. What's yours?
