  29. 11

    Being A Private Person

In this episode, Dana talks about being a private person. What does that mean exactly? It is simple, stop telling people your business. A lot of the times it is better to keep things to yourself and/or wait until after something has happened to share. Sometimes, it's not even worth sharing at all. Though, it’s nice to let your small circle know your wins because not everyone will be genuinely happy or even support you. Some things do take time to start up and get rolling, but once they do, it’s only up! Moving in silence will allow one so much peace in life. There’s no more pressure to perform, because anyone who needs to know will know, the rest can follow afterwards!

    Wake Up Calls

In this episode, Dana talks about the wake up calls and eye opening experiences she encountered regarding health, the people in her life, and her priorities and how she overcame them. There are times where we tend to neglect our health and not sleep or eat to the point where we almost shut down. With people, we extend our hand to others not realizing who is holding that hand. And lastly with priorities, we constantly put others first instead of ourselves because we believe putting ourselves first is Selfish when actually, it is not.

  35. 5

    The Golden Year

Dana decided to spontaneously record this episode (not really she's been planning on it) on the day of her 21st birthday to reflect on her "Golden Year", which was her 20th year of being alive. She wanted to look back at what she has accomplished and the lessons that she learned. A golden year means that you turned the age of the date on your birthday (Dana turning 20 on 10/20/2020).

There are often times where we believe that the world is against us because things just go wrong for no reason. Yeah, that happens and it is frustrating. However, we need to learn to not let that impact our days/weeks. It is hard, but we live and learn homies.  Dana decided to do a solo episode today and give you all the raw, unfiltered experience of her life currently.
