Yet we need to make sure we stay grounded and centered and within our own truth. Or else we go mad with grief and despair. Women’s wisdom is much needed in these times of rape culture onto earth and humankind . Our fierce love for life and this very special planet is needed more than ever in whatever ways we can contribute through our work, passion, skills and expressions . May these wisdom teachings here ground and support you on your path . Poem by: Golondrina & Esther MarionSpeaking voice: Esther MarionVocals by : Esther MarionPodcast recorded & produced by: Esther Marionwww.esthermarion.com

Ep. 32    The Wildish Nature~following the sane, wild & creative in us ~                    PilgrimageCreating episodes about the sane, wild and creative we find through the Wildish Nature in and around us, definetly must include the Ocean. The Ultimate Wild Mother. She has powers to heal, nurture and provide ecstacy and yet she can take, cover and tear apart anything and will always represent the Great Mystery. Going to spend time by the Ocean has become like a pilgrimage to me. Like a good mother would, she has much to teach and give us.Text written by: Esther Marion & GolondrinaText spoken by: Esther MarionVocals, Drumming by: Esther Marion & GolondrinaPodcast recorded & produced by: Esther Marion www.esthermarion.com

Ep.31, the Wildish Nature ~ the Mystical Shaman ~

Ep. 31  The Wildish Nature ~following the sane, wild & creative in us~           The Mystical Shaman           In episode 28, called the Oracle, I present and encourage you in a playful way to explore wisdom teachings and self knowledge through Tarot or Oracle cards. Now I come back to read you from the Mystical Shaman Oracle deck once again, to discuss one of my favorite cards, the Mystical Shaman. You do not have to be a Shaman, Healer or Mystic to find yourself invited to explore within yourself and in your life a completelyf reeing reality that gives you space to not be bound to all the stories you tell yourself that you seem to be. If this life on Earth is but a dream, an illusion or maybe not or maybe it is…..What do we know? But why not entertain the idea that we could play and explore with complete open mindedness a whole new way to see ourselves?Text written by: Alberto Villoldo, Marcela Lobos, Colette Baron-ReidText read by: Esther MarionDrumming and vocals by: Esther Marion and GolondrinaPodcast produced by: Esther Marionwww.esthermarion.com

    Ep. 30, the Wildish Nature ~PachaMama ~

Ep. 30     The Wildish Nature~ following the sane, wild & creative in us ~                     PachaMamaWe all know the name of the great entity and power, called Mother Earth, called Gaia. Here I read directly to you from the words of the Shaman Alberto Villoldo, who has been trained and worked with Peruvian Shamans for decades. He created a booklet and an Oracle card deck with his wife Marcela Lobos, Colette Baron-Reid and Jena della Grottaglia. A very meaningful Wisdom teaching deck from the perspective of the cosmology of Peruvian Shamans. The idea that we as humans are held, loved and evolving within the Great Mother is essential to remember, celebrate and contemplate, if we want to align ourselves with a bigger truth that we are part of.  Text written by: Alberto Villoldo, Marcela Lobos and Colette Baron ReidText read by: Esther MarionFlamenco Song, Soleá by Encarna AnilloDrumming and vocals by: Esther Marion & GolondrinaPodcast produced by: Esther Marionwww.esthermarion.com

Ep. 29, the Wildish Nature~ the Oracle

Ep. 29.               The Wildish Nature~following the sane, wild and creative in us~                                the Oracle Oracle and Tarot cards have been around for centuries all over the world. It is also a Shamanic tool and teaching. Many ancient cultures have created tools and ways to work with the great questions that humans ask themselves, and yet are faced with the mystery that life and creation will always present to us. Tarot and Oracle cards initiate a fascinating conversation we can have with our Higher Self, Collective Unconscious, or whatever you want to call it. Some cultures have always worked with the dream world, which flows from the same infinite Imaginal Realm. Come on the journey, be welcomed into the Great Temple, the Great Fortress, and experience through the eyes and hearts of the Earth travelers who have come here from afar. The possible human is still in the making. But the festival that gives all who are present the chance to be touched, changed, nurtured and elevated in ways they would never have imagined….that is the risk you take by coming along. Ep. 27       the Wildish Nature    ~ following the sane, wild and crative in us ~                   Sacred Theater Act IThis here is a story that I have been carrying inside of me for years. It is about the Great Mother Sophia, Goddess of Wisdom. In ancient times, they built temples to her in the Mediterranean countries. Here we experience the " Festival of the Possible Human Being". A festival where people from all over the world have come to gather and meet each other and witness when the mysterious Queen Utopia shows up.When Utopia enters the tall open gate, nobody wants to miss her entrance and Sacred Act of the Human-Divine Drama we are all part of.Text written and read by: Esther MarionSong: " Going Home" ( excerpt) by: UlaliSung by: Esther MarionPodcast produced by: Esther MarionPodcast mastered by: the podmakerwww.esthermarion.comwww.thepodmaker.com

Ep.26, the Wildish Nature ~ Medial Woman

Ep.26, the Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild and creative in us ~the Medial WomanThe Medial Woman is the transmitter and receiver between two worlds. She translates between the world of the rational, and the world of the imaginal. She hears things, knows things and senses what should come next. This is more common than you think, its just that the term Medial Woman, Man, Child or Nature is not common to our culture. The important thing is, that we accept and support the fact that life and all ideas start in the Imaginal Realm and manifest into this reality after they have existed first in our imagination or vision. And this is what we focus on in this episode.Text written and read by: Esther MarionExcerpts by: Toni Wolff and Clarissa Pinkola EstésDrumming by: Esther MarionPodcast produced by: Esther MarionPodcast mastered by: the podmakerwww.esthermarion.comwww.thepodmaker.com

One is imagining woman as a tree uprooted and now boldering through the land ….watch out! The second is a song that speaks to the power, strength, capabilities and skills of women all over the world and calls on women to dance, sing and act in ways that lets them shine and be who they want to be. Credits:Excerpt of Song at the beginning: Sevda AlekperdazehText written and read by: Esther MarionSong: Baila , mi morena by Las MigasSung by: Esther MarionPodcast produced by: Esther MarionPodcast edited and mastered by: the podmakerwww.esthermarion.comwww.thepodmaker.com

Ep. 24, the Wildish Nature ~ Wild Woman

The Wildish Nature~following what is sane, wild and creative in us~ Wild WomanAll these episodes on the Wildish Nature, and finally, I will talk about the Wild Woman , this beautiful archetype that can be our inner healer and muse and also our downfall, if we don’t understand her. Just like with any archetype that lives in us, we can collaborate with and understand them or just let them create havoc in us. As you see in all of human history, our unconscious is so powerful!  Archetypes are undeniable forces  that can be our blessings or shadows, and if humans learn to work with them, they can understand with deeper compassion for themselves and others , how to navigate life and its challenges. I love the Wild Woman archetype  and hope this inspires you to look deeper into your own self to find, call and invite her . She is so exciting !Text : written and read by Esther MarionExcerpt of introduction of the book” women who run with the wolves” by C.P. Ep. 23, the Wildish Nature~ Menopause

The Wildish Nature   following what is sane, wild & creative in us                                                                                              Menopause Menopause is a very intense change in life for many of us, no matter what culture we are from. Some of us feel like they are meno struck, coming into its full transformation on every level possible and with all kinds of huge changes in life. Others glide into the peri menopause, with all kinds of good help with hormone balancing and other advanced meds. Whatever strikes us, we are going through it and know when we are in it and when it is finally over. I call it an initiation, as that was my experience. Looking back, I feel empowered and have embraced the lessons learnt, the changes made, the initiation it truly was for me. We might look back and would not want to have lived without it, no matter how challenging it was, for a long time. The following poem is one example, as an increasing number of women are sharing this incredible transition in our lifetime . The design of life’s cycles is powerful and makes deep sense, is ever true and for all of us. RTG, ep. 22                      The Wildish Nature             ~ Following what is sane, wild and creative in us ~                                                            The Traveler’s Inner Hunger   How do groupings of people behave who depend on others to stay somewhere ? What is a vision of an evolved humankind that practices being a welcoming host to a group of guests, as they are on a journey ? Travelers alone and in groups have always been part of the human experience. It is an ancient and modern way about us , that we can be guests or hosts in a place . Question is : How do we make ourselves a welcome guest in any given place ? And how do we offer our services to the situation we are in ? This story here is one version of how it feels to be a traveler , be the group , the guests. And yet this story is also about our inner journeys that we can do wherever we find ourselves.  Listen to our young traveler, as she navigates this and her own world.  Text written and read by: Esther MarionPodcast producer: Esther MarionPodcast editor: the podmaker www.esthermarion.comwww.thepodmaker.com

ep. 21  The Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild and creative in us~                                                     The Dancer Dancing has magic. We all can have access to dancing, no matter how rich, poor, old or young, what race or culture we are from. We all can dance somehow, with all of our body or just part of it, as it fulfills many purposes and also, none. Just dance and find yourself changed. Dancing alone or with others is one of the sweet gifts of life. Just because. Just to learn to be in the moment, in the music. Dancing - changes lives. The Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild & creative in us ~                                                         Winter Solstice, Sacred DreamingText: Winter solstice and the time of long dark nights is an important time to feed our inner life with meaningful stories. If we are just even a bit in tune with how nature withdraws and regenerates deep within, then that is what we too can do and find meaning in our ancient and new stories that make us appreciate the dark, the light, the deep and the sacred. ep.18  The Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild & creative in us ~             Active Imagination, Jaguar                                             Active Imagination, a term coined by the famous Swiss psychiatrist C.G.Jung, is not an invention of his. It is an ancient shamanic technique to travel to our unconscious. Yet Jung helped to bring it back into our society, so that we might get a grip on our inner world, angels and demons, archetypes and symbolism that is trying to speak to us from our unconscious, if we only made use of it in a productive and healing way….. In this episode, our character Golondrina takes us on such a journey. ep. 17   The Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild and creative in us ~ The Scribe                                    It seems completely natural to us that everything in our societies and the world is being witnessed, studied and recorded. It seems so. And yet it isn’t so everywhere in the world. There is still such a thing as oral traditions. That’s a wonderful way to train memory into a lineage of people! Yet, now more than ever, the witnessing and recording of everything is rampant and intense. Here , I go into a historic perspective and then presenting the witness, the scribe, as an archetype that we can use as our ally on our path. Follow my tracks and see how even that is connected to the Wildish Nature in us. Text by:  Esther Marionread by: Esther MarionPodcast Producer & Consultant: Jonah Cohen @ JonahCohenCreativePodcast co-producer: Esther Marionwww.esthermarion.comwww:jonahcohensound.com

Ep.16, The Wildish Nature ~ The Creative Twin ~

Ep. 16, The Wildish Nature ~ following what is sane, wild and creative in us~ The Creative TwinThe concept, that we might be drawing from an unknown source when we are in our creative mode, is not a new idea. Many possibilities can be presented as true when we experience being flooded by a source that is not our daily ego or self. What is it then that inspires us? Why do we long as human kind to be in that creative flow? It can be described as being in communion, in dialogue with some inner force, imagery, figures, memories or focus of interest. It is an infinite source. Here, I am being personal about my own path and ways to tap into creative source. Maybe this inspires or resonnates with you. Text & Song: Esther Marion Pocast consultant and producer: Jonah Cohen @ JonahCohenCreativewww.esthermarion.comwww.jonahcohensound.com

Yes we can reinvent ourselves, but some things are super deep. One of these aspects is our connection to nature, creatures, memories of land, places, where we played, how that formed us and how our mother and other family members taught us to relate to nature. Ep. 4 - Honoring Precious Elders

In today’s episode, I want to honor Clarissa Pinkola Estés, a pioneer in mapping out feminine psychology and the Wild Woman archetype. She has been there for us, to encourage our deep, wild, powerful and creative selves that have much to offer in the most unconventional ways. You might know:” Women who run with the wolves”, or “ Untie the strong woman”, or “ Theater of the imagination” and so much more. Her insight into our wild spirit, our wounded and healthy self, connected to the gorgeous, untamed wilderness of Nature, is profound and a huge contribution to our shining, developing and wildly creative womanhood that must be born continuously!Poem: “ Ode to Clarissa” by Esther Marion Song: “ Oración a lo silvestre” by Golondrina Text written and spoken by Esther MarionPodcast produced by Esther Marion and JCSoundwww.esthermarion.com/podcastwww.jonahcohensound.com

    Ep. 1 - Mamas Curanderas

In today’s first episode, we are exploring the idea of calling by name the help that we would love to get, that we would like to involve with what we are doing here. Help from this earth or from beyond. It is also an homage to the healers who have gone before us since ancient times, who are still dedicated to helping us making it through this hard time, balancing the forces, bringing light in, assisting us in our work, when we invite them and call them by name. This poem is called "Mamas Curanderas" or "Mother Healers", written by Esther Marion. The song is called "Grandma Easters Lullaby" by Pura Fe of the group Ulali. Sung here by Esther and Golondrina.Produced by Esther Marion and JCSoundwww.esthermarion.comwww.jonahcohensound.com
