I'm so happy - A poem by Shane
In Room 5 at Pine Hill School this term we have been looking at writing poetry. We read lots of books and poems by Margaret Mahy and practiced playing with words and sentences to create feelings. Next we learnt about how to take effective digital photos, looking at frames, line, light and colour. We then put all this learning together as a vodcast. Below are our original poems which showcase our writing, our speaking and our digital photography skills. We hope you enjoy. You can hear my reflections on this unit from a teacher's point of view at www.ictucan.podomatic.com
