Ruted in Nourishment, is a podcast that will guide listeners on a journey in exploring what brings them nourishment through storytelling. The purpose of the show is to share stories that will offer nourishment guidance for our body, mind, and spirit as well as explore how we can better nourish our communities and the earth.

    The Power of Listening to Your Body

    In this episode Rachel gives thanks to her guests and reflects on the healing it’s offered her during the process of creating it. She shares a personal story from 2018 when she first experienced extreme physical pain prior to realizing that she needed to listen to what her body was trying to tell her. This leads into a discussion around processing emotions that manifest in our physical body and the concept that sometimes the root of illness begins in the emotional or spiritual body.     Shifting our Inner Narrative of Beauty with Kelli Radwanski

    In this episode of Ruted in Nourishment, I’m talking to Kelli Radwanski, a portrait and lifestyle photographer living on a farm with her darling partner Cody and her too-smart-for-his-own-good Border Collie, Rue. She specializes in photographing women through the eyes of compassion and honesty. Her work is raw, present, and joyful. She captures what is real but also what is beautiful.She works with clients both in-person and virtually. Remote photography is a new art form and a specialized niche, which means she can work with clients anywhere.     Tending to Grief Through Tending to Plants with Camisha Green

    In this episode of Ruted in Nourishment, I’m talking to Camisha Green ,a friend, past colleague and the owner of Camisha’s Cakes in San Francisco. Since I’ve known her, she’s always been a wonder when it comes to baking, and has been baking for 17 years. She started when she was 13. Camisha is a graduate of San Francisco State University she majored in Hospitality Tourism Management with an emphasis in Small Business Entrepreneurship and is a completely self taught baker. She decided to commit 100% to her calling in 2019 when she opened Camisha’s Cakes in San Francisco.
