Join your host Shannon Cutler, a former police officer with 18 years of investigative experience, now a real estate agent, as she educates realtors on how to handle their own security in vulnerable situations. Welcome to Safe Realty! It’s a place where we take the opposing side of true crime - we call it true crime prevention. Soon after starting real estate two agents in the office disclosed they were being followed by the same man at their open houses. They didn’t know how to handle the situation.  Another local agent had to call the police after encountering an irate tenant during a showing. Join your host Shannon Cutler, a former police officer with 18 years of investigative experience, now a real estate agent, as she educates realtors on how to handle their own security in vulnerable situations. Welcome to Safe Realty! It’s a place where we take the opposing side of true crime - we call it true crime prevention. Soon after starting real estate two agents in the office disclosed they were being followed by the same man at their open houses. They didn’t know how to handle the situation.  Another local agent had to call the police after encountering an irate tenant during a showing.
