Sane Brains

Sane Brains hosts, Judith Kolberg and Maureen Nolan, LPC decided to speak to our client base about how the brain impacts organizational challenges, in particular, the chronically disorganized. Judith is an organizer and Maureen is a therapist and Attention Coach. Together we discuss stories about client situations with a twist being that Maureen reflects on the story with brain-based knowledge, therapeutic compassion, and with insight into the emotional disruption of being disorganized. Judith is an internationally known thought leader in the field of chronic disorganization and combines several clients’ stories into one profile for the purpose of discussion. We intend to provide food for thought and to encourage listeners to take action in their disorganization - to contact one of us, to respond on FB, and to actively see disorganization through a new sympathetic lens.
