It’s been almost 10 years since our life-changing WINTER MIX. And now… finally… here’s a new one. We’ve been playing regularly but just never got around to releasing the recordings - until now. This is a 2.5 hour journey, recorded live at FUSION! For the past 3 years, we’ve been invited by the amazing people at Tube Box. Huge shoutout to all (!) the crew, and especially Thomas! These are the same people who threw our last bigger set, opening for @GJonesbass and @Eprom. Sadly, that recording was lost. But this new set picks up where that left off - reversed, reworked, and with plenty of new additions. So if you missed that one or our FUSION set… just play this one backwards to get the vibe (joking, obviously). Expect signature blends, hard cuts, and smooth transitions. Get ready for a wild @DJride! Recently, longer sets have become a thing for us. While our ideal set length used to be 90 minutes, we hit a personal record last year with a 12+ hour set at a friend’s wedding. This one’s long too - and different: we’re taking you on a journey that moves down in tempo, instead of building up. Starting fast and slowing down while keeping energy is surprisingly tricky. We started at 3 AM with juke-y uptempo as Drumbule lit up Tube Box. We caught the crowd outside and took them along for the ride. Mid-set, there was even a tea ceremony -you might catch UK lokals clinking their teapots in the background. At sunrise, we dropped (for us) a good dose of 140 BPM driving dubstep—right as the rave goblins wandered past and filled the dancefloor. We closed the set with a proper SATURATE SLUG and SLIME fest.
