Setting up Audacity preferences

Audacity is a freely available and open source audio editing package available at: http://audacity.sourceforge.net. Using the Preferences control in Audacity's Edit menu you can set up default settings so that you can quickly record and export your audio work in MP3 format. 64kbps it the main recommendation here.
